The members of the junior stage school (10 to 15 years) are trained in the following areas:

• Stage craft
• Musicianship
• Concert presentation
• Make up
• Costume
• Hair
• Scene setting
• Voice projection
• Elocution
• Stage etiquette
• Concert programming

This is a 10 day course leading to membership of the National Harp Orchestra. Following successful completion of the course the Orchestra will undertake a 6 day tour.
